• Order Minimum: None

• Lead Time: Wholesale pieces are made to order and generally have a 12 week lead time. Exact lead time will be determined with order (can discuss specific requests or rush orders).

• Order Confirmation: Once order has been placed, an invoice will be sent through Squarespace and will serve as the order confirmation, at which time the order will be considered final. Any changes to the order must be made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.

• Payment: Order must be paid in full prior to delivery. I reserve the right to require prepayment for large orders. Invoice checkout will include all applicable taxes (taxes not reflected in the wholesale price).

• Delivery: In-person delivery within Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens.

General Policies:

• Return Policy: Please inspect all orders immediately upon arrival. Return requests must be made in writing to majabakija5@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery date and include reasons for the request. No returns will be accepted without approval.

• All pieces are handmade, therefore some variations are expected and add unique character to each piece. This variation reflects the handmade nature of these pieces. It is not subject to returns.

• If you have specific requests for colors or sizes besides what is shown here, please reach out to discuss, I may be able to accommodate!

• Line sheet is subject to change, please reach out for most up to date version prior to any reorders.
